Policies

Each adult (18+) intending to live in the unit must submit a separate application. The non-refundable application fee is $50 per applicant and covers credit, criminal, and rental-history screening.

We use the following minimum criteria: gross monthly income of at least 3x the monthly rent, a credit score of 620 or above, no evictions within the last 5 years, and verifiable rental history.

Most of our buildings welcome cats and dogs. A non-refundable $300 pet fee per pet and $25/month pet rent apply. Aggressive breeds and exotic animals are not permitted. Service animals are not subject to pet fees.

All units and common areas are smoke-free. Smoking on balconies, patios, or within 25 feet of the building is prohibited. This includes cannabis and vaping products.

JEEDAYME Rentals complies with the Federal Fair Housing Act and Illinois Human Rights Act. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, source of income, or any other protected class.

We collect personal information you provide via the application form, scheduling form, and contact form. This information is used solely to evaluate applications, schedule showings, respond to inquiries, and administer leases. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Application data is retained for 24 months. Approved applicants' data is retained for the duration of the tenancy plus 7 years for tax and legal compliance.
